Crochet Hook Case Pattern

Well, after 5 years I have finally got around to publishing my crochet hook case pattern!  I have tried many crochet hook cases but this one is still my favorite!  It's small in size and holds all my favorite tools including crochet hooks, safety pins, yarn needle and a small pair of scissors.  I have made many of these and given them as gifts.  They are the perfect gift for the crochet enthusiast!
